Delivery - UK
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail 2nd Class service to enable they get to you quickly 99% of our order get delivered within 1-2 working days.
All Tackle is guaranteed same day dispatch if ordered before 11am (excluding bank holidays and weekends) unless made with a lead order. if tackle is made with a lead order items will be sent the same time as the leads (up to 5 working days)
Lead Orders Will Be dispatched within 5 Working Days (along side end tackle if ordered at the same time).
Some deliveries may require a signature.
All Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday morning.
If you Have Not received your item please contact xclusivetackle@gmail.com within 7 days so I can ring your local sorting office, the claim might have to wait 10 working days as post can sometimes get lost but this enables us to deal with the situation, track postage and claim off royal mail if a lost parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Returns/refunds accepted up to 30 days.
Carp Fishing Lead Returns - As all our Carp Fishing Leads are ‘made to order’' We will not not accept returns if you have mistakenly ordered in error a wrong size, type, colour or texture. We do not accept returns for Order Errors as all Leads would have been specially made for your order meaning upon return we will not be able to resell them or find it harder to resell them as every persons preference for Size, Type, Colour and Texture is different.
All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt - With Every Order we will take photos of them before we send them out along side your delivery note this is to ensure all parties are covered .
Goods must be returned in their original unused condition.

You The Buyer Will have to pay for cost of postage upon returns - this will be refunded in some cases.
